Important Considerations for All Packages:

●       Manuscript Condition: The clarity, print quality, and condition of your original manuscript significantly impact OCR accuracy and the time needed for cleanup. We highly recommend the Standard package for most manuscripts to ensure usability.

●       Handwritten Manuscripts: These packages are primarily designed for typed or printed text. Full handwritten manuscripts generally require manual transcription, which is a different, more time-intensive service. Please inquire for a custom quote if your source is largely handwritten.

●       Complex Elements: Tables, charts, images, or complex layouts within the manuscript may require additional work and will be quoted separately after assessment.

●       Shipping: Clients are responsible for securely shipping originals to Holoframe Publishing and for the cost of return shipping if requested. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

 

Important Notes for All Clients

(Domestic & International)

●       Currency: All prices are listed and invoiced in US Dollars (USD). Payments must be made in USD via our accepted methods (e.g., Cashapp, PayPal, Wire Transfer). Any currency conversion fees are the client's responsibility. (This aligns with Section 7.3 of your agreement).

●       Taxes & Duties: Clients are solely responsible for any and all taxes, VAT, GST, duties, or other governmental charges imposed by their country of residence related to the services purchased (As per Section 7.4).

●       Language: All communication, services, and deliverables will be conducted and provided in English (As per Section 7.6). Editing is performed based on US English standards unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

●       Service Agreement: All projects are governed by the Holoframe Publishing Services Agreement, which includes specific provisions for international clients (governing law, dispute resolution, etc.).

●       Quotes: "Starting At" prices are estimates. A final, detailed quote will be provided in your Service Agreement based on project specifics. Quotes are valid for 30 days.

●       Payment Terms: A deposit (typically 50%) is required to schedule your project.

●       Ensuring a Good Fit: Preliminary Discovery Session: To ensure we can provide the best possible service and outcomes for your project, we require a discovery session before formally starting any engagement. This allows us both to discuss the project scope in detail and ensures [Your Company Name] has the appropriate resources and expertise available to meet your needs effectively. This step helps guarantee a successful partnership before we commit.
